1) TItus Properties charges $20.00 fee, per application, for credit and tenant screening fee.
2) All persons, over 18 years of age, must fill out an application if they are going to live on premises.
3) Renters Insurance will be required on all accepted applications before keys will be issued.
4) Co-signers must fill out an appplication and is required to pay a $20.00 fee.
30 Day Notice to terminate tenancy This form is used to notify Titus Properties that you will be moving out of premises. (Required in writing for move out) Fill out and return to TItus Properties. Time does not start until form is dropped off at Titus Properties Office at 855 W. Wood Street.
